Street Rehabilitation Projects for FY19 Beginning This Month, December 2018

The City of Lago Vista is excited to begin our street rehabilitation projects for FY19.  We will begin Phase 1 this month. 

Phase 1 will consist of an overlay on:

Bluff Ridge CoveBluff Ridge Trail at BisonBullet Cove

Phase 2 of our projects will begin in January and will include an overlay on:

Owens Lane (from Patriot to Owens Cove)Owens CoveOrwell Cove

Please understand that our contractor will do everything possible to ensure your continued access to and from your property.  However, there may be times when complete access could be an issue.  We ask that if any such instances occur, please talk to the contractor prior to the time that you need to leave your property.

The next phases of our project will begin in February.  City staff is currently working on updating our street improvement plan to determine which streets will be next on our list.
